| Name | The Blue Bell Inn, Dogsthorpe, Peterborough |
| Distance | 0.32 miles from PE1 3TE |
| Description | Built in the late 1600s, the Blue Bell Inn, Dogsthorpe, is one of the oldest inns in Peterborough & like all old inns, it has its resident ghost. And anyone waiting in the entrance might be tempted to lift the hinged flap fixed to one of the walls. While discovering (to their surprise) a small skull embedded in the brickwork, a bell rings in the bar, thus telling the landlord & customers that someone has given in to curiosity! |
