Description	Over the last three years this junction of the M62 has been totally rebuilt at a cost of ?5 million. The construction of Kingsway Business Park, http://www.kingswayuk.com/ on land northwest of Junction 21 at Milnrow, has meant a new eastbound exit slip road, construction of two new roundabouts on the existing slip roads and construction of a new dual carriageway. The mill chimney in the picture is Ellen Road Mill
