Description	The sea crosses over the shingle bank onto the road during stormy high tides, leaving pebble debris as far as the front gardens of the guest houses and private dwellings on the sea front. The speed limit has recently been dropped from 40mph to 30mph, catching many people out, it seems. The Pier, and the entrance to Worthings main shopping area is about half a mile ahead.
